Il ruolo Per il potenziamento del nostro team di accoglienza, cerchiamo figure dinamiche e solari da inserire presso i nostri desk aperti al pubblico. Sarai il "volto" della nostra azienda, il primo punto di contatto per i turisti di tutto il mondo. Le tue responsabilità: Accoglienza e Sales: Accogliere i clienti con professionalità, raccontando con entusiasmo i nostri tour e le esperienze disponibili. Booking Management: Gestione delle prenotazioni tramite i portali online e coordinamento dei flussi di lavoro. Logistica: Smistamento delle prenotazioni e coordinamento con il team dei driver. Operations: Gestione diretta dei pagamenti e delle transazioni presso il desk. Cosa cerchiamo: Competenze linguistiche: Conoscenza fluente di almeno una lingua straniera (l'inglese è considerato requisito essenziale; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua è un plus). Soft Skills: Ottime capacità comunicative, predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico e problem solving. Digital Skills: Dimestichezza nell'utilizzo di PC e gestionali di prenotazione online. Affidabilità: Precisione nella gestione dei pagamenti e puntualità. Cosa offriamo: Contratto: Inserimento in una realtà solida ed esperta nel settore. Orario: Turni di 7,5 ore giornaliere. Retribuzione: Piano retributivo progressivo commisurato all'esperienza, con un range da 1.000€ a 1.300€ mensili. Ambiente: Un contesto giovane, stimolante e a stretto contatto con il mondo del turismo internazionale. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato

Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Retribuzione: €740,89 - €1.300,00 al mese
