**Job Description**:
Il Customer Service Assistant supporterà il servizio clienti dell'azienda nella gestione delle richieste dei clienti attraverso vari canali di contatto, fornirà il supporto tecnico, si occuperà della reportistica e della redazione dei documenti in italiano e inglese.

Compiti
- Operatore Help Desk per le richieste dei clienti
- Assistenza técnica nella modifica dei biglietti
- Gestione delle diverse piattaforme interne
- Reportistica
- Redazione dei testi in inglese e italiano
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza di una terza lingua straniera costituisce un plus
- Ottime capacità organizzative
- Atteggiamento proattivo, dedizione e determinazione
- La capacità di lavorare sotto pressione
- Capacità di problem-solving e mediazione
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office

Luogo di lavoro presso la sede di Roma.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
