In line with the strategic positioning of the Group, E.ON Italia focuses on the proposal of competitive energy products and services capable of responding to the new needs of consumers for a smarter and more efficient use of energy.- In the frame of a strong development of the E-Mobility business, we are looking for a **Country Deployment Manager** to be part of our growing team based in Milan.**Responsibilities**:Manage all aspects of site development, including identifying suitable locations, securing permits, and coordinating with construction teams.
- Oversee grid connection activities, working closely with utility providers to ensure a reliable power supply for our charging stations.
- Coordinate transformer installations and roof integration where applicable, optimizing the infrastructure's efficiency.
- Collaborate with civil engineering teams to ensure the proper foundation and infrastructure for charging stations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting, including progress reports and timelines.
- Efficiently manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of site development projects.
- Coordinate the handover of completed sites to the operations team, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date for reference and compliance purposes.**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Project Management, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in the field of electromobility or infrastructure deployment.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes related to infrastructure development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
