**Your Role and Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for executing the delivery Customer experience strategy and content creation across all touchpoints to support growth, marketing and sales goals for a specific solution or project. You will be asked to identify market opportunities that are in line with our strategical objectives.

We are looking for someone who is able to design long-term strategies, capable of seeing the bigger picture, who knows all the necessary steps to reach the final goals. Part of your role will be to check the effectiveness of existing processes and to try to improve the ones that need change for the better.

You will also be asked to develop new Marketing process, plans and new business requirements for assigned projects. You will ensure that the project runs smoothly and that it is compliant with existing guidelines.

Work model for the role is: LI-Hybrid

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

- Conducting research and analysis to evaluate stakeholders, business environment, and customer engagement methods, ensuring strategic decision-making.
- Designing and optimizing processes to enhance quality, operational efficiency, and digital strategies, supporting marketing and product initiatives.
- Leading project coordination and innovation, collaborating with digital teams to identify opportunities, develop prototypes, and refine offerings.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies, including annual planning, promotional campaigns, and managing marketing materials across channels.

**Qualifications for the Role**
- You have at least 5 years of experience in same field, You are able to reason with an user-centered approach: you will be ask to detect the target’s need and translate it into a strategy and customer journey.
- Working as a Marketing Specialist with strong interest for innovative business.
- You are highly skilled in see the process as an opportunity to improve our performances and reach our strategical goals and possess an enhanced knowledge of Web Analytics instruments.
- You are captivated by Strong sense of project management and multi discipline coordination. You are able to deliver perfect pitches and to make efficient keynotes.
- Degree in design, marketing, communication and you are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
