**Proposition Marketing **starts from a deep understanding of customers and market insight to design, implement and measure marketing campaigns that brings value to our customers and boost the growth of RS.

The purpose of this role is to deliver marketing propositions for Italy to add economical value to the Italian business. Working with the local and wider marketing communities to deliver best practice marketing and deliver valuable ROI to the Italian market.

**What You Will Do**

The **Proposition Marketing Specialist** will be responsible of implementing and measuring activities and campaigns according to the proposition & sales marketing plan.

Leads the following:

- Managing Account Based Marketing projects, working alongside external agency
- Working alongside sales team to support them with dedicated projects, sales collaterals and support, according to the sales marketing plan
- Enhancing RS value proposition and specifically overseeing solutions & services go-to-market and key marketing activities
- Localizing the content from Group and other markets to fit the requirement of the Italian market
- Measuring and reporting performance of all proposition marketing activities, and assess ROI and KPIs

Key deliverables for your role:

- Develop marketing projects (or adapting and adopting from Group propositions) for delivery within the local marketing plan
- Leading creative development to make campaigns and initiatives successful
- Managing the proposition marketing area with two interns directly reporting to the Proposition Marketing Specialist
- Measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Working with internal stakeholder to enable alignment and focus on key initiatives

- 5+ years of Experience in a multi-national matrix organisation marketing community
- Broad marketing experience across Digital, Social, Comms, Product and Content Marketing and commercial program management
- Experience in B2B products industry or B2B retail
- Experience working alongside sales team
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective commercial programs
- Understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Cross functional team project management skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBi and Adobe Analytic.
