**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:
- Coordinating importing and exporting processes;
- Administration of all end-to-end documents, including sales notes, purchase orders, packing lists and invoices;
- Data entry into SAP;
- Monitoring credit control and ensuring customer payments are received on time;
- Monitoring credit limits and ensuring that limits are not exceeded;
- Monitoring FOREX booking balance;
- Ad hoc administration duties as required.
**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:
- Fluent Italian and English (written and verbal)
- Experience of import/export and logistics
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Cooperative, flexible and “can do” attitude
- Accurate and proven numerical skills
- Good time and task management, ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
**Job status**: Permanent
**Start date**: ASAP
**Working hours**: 9:00 - 17:30
