**Role Purpose**:
**Role Purpose**: end to end workflow monitoring for the fixed network solutions fulfilment for enterprise customers.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- National governance of Geographic Number Portability process according to the migrations plan and the agreements with external carriers.
- Workflow monitoring on provisioning process to grant the end to end orders fulfilment
- National management of all customer be spoke solutions to guarantee the full compliance with customer requirements and service quality delivered
- National management of delivery performance and KPI, driving improvements for new processes and instruments, ensuring that Enterprise Customers are timely and confidently connected to the VF network.
- Frequent interactions with internal and external stakeholders such us delivery project managers, commercial/sales departments, engineering, network operations, customer operations, external providers, and carriers.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Experience on Business/Enterprise fixed connectivity-based products and solutions
- Knowledge of fixed/mobile access and transport network architectures and systems
- Experience of third parties handling and coordination
- Knowledge of service provisioning processes and systems

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Deep knowledge of IP-networking (CISCO certifications or equivalents are preferred)
- Knowledge of IT process development (ITIL certification is preferred)
- GNP procedures according to regulatory constraints
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- 5 years on Telco companies
