**Role Purpose**:
End to end fixed line orders FTTE monitoring for enterprise customers.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Fixed lines order management for broadband solutions (FTTH, FTTC, ULL/BS) and in particular dedicated Fiber connectivity FTTE and WLL.
- Delivery plans monitoring in order to grant the respect of customers SLA
- Issues identifications and resolutions
- Supervision of delivery performance and KPI, driving improvements for new processes and instruments, ensuring that Enterprise Customers are timely and confidently connected to the VF network.
- Frequent interactions with internal and external stakeholders such us delivery project managers, commercial/sales departments, engineering, network operations, customer operations, external providers and carriers.

**Key performance indicators**:

- Compliance with activation plans
- Compliance with SLA on customer activation
- Technical NPS and delivery quality indicators

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Experience on Business/Enterprise fixed connectivity-based products and solutions
- Knowledge of fixed access and transport network architectures and systems
- Experience of third parties handling and coordination
- Knowledge of service provisioning processes and systems

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Knowledge of IP-networking (CISCO certifications or equivalents are preferred)
- Knowledge of principles of Project Management (PMP certification is preferred)
- Academic Background: Engineering degree or equivalent
- Tenure/Years of experience: 3 years on Telco companies
