Excel Hotels Group, con struttura quattro stelle nel cuore di Milano, è alla ricerca di una figura di “Restaurant Manager” per il proprio Ristorante Carlo al Naviglio ad ampliamento del proprio organico.
Per potenziare il nostro organico, siamo alla ricerca di una figura da assumere come “Restaurant Manager”.
Requisiti richiesti:
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, (livello B1 o superiore), altre lingue sono gradite
- disponibilità a lavorare su turni anche serali con orari flessibili
- conoscenza approfondita delle principali tecniche di servizio di sala
- capacità di lavorare in team
- orientamento al cliente
Per la figura di Restaurant Manager oltre ai requisiti sopra elencati si richiede:
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza pregressa nello stesso ruolo in ristorante di alto livello in Italia e/o all’estero (fine-dining restaurant)
- Possesso della relativa qualifica professionale specifica (diploma alberghiero o equipollenti)
