We’re looking for a **Partnerships Team Lead**, a smart, hungry, and humble individual who can empower a high-performing team to achieve financial KPIs through streamlined processes, knowledge sharing, strategic vision, and performance marketing expertise. Supported by a substantial budget and a wealth of company knowledge, you will also play a pivotal role in contributing to our growth by scaling new partnerships in emerging markets.

**What You Will Do**:

- Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback for a team of brilliant and highly motivated professionals.
- Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers and affiliates (focus - Asian markets).
- Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
- Conduct negotiations both: internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.
- Nurture the existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales.
- Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.
- Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance.
- Report and identify areas of new opportunities.
- Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow.
- Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges.

**What We Expect**:

- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience working with digital performance marketing.
- Proven experience in partnership management (influencer, affiliate marketing).
- Experience working with India and Asian markets.
- Sharp sales, and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools.
- High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness.
- Perfect spoken and written communication in English language.
- Experience working with international tech/digital products would be considered an advantage.
