This is a great opportunity to join a brilliant and dynamic team and work in the legal department of _Five-e Responsible Investment_, an emerging company in the renewable energy investment sector. _Five-e Responsible Investment_ deals with investing in companies that produce competitive and sustainable renewable energy to protect the environment and contribute to the global energy transition.

We are looking for a Legal Intern who will carry out an initial 6-month internship based in our Rome office, reporting directly to the Legal Manager and working closely with the Legal Counsel, both based in Rome office.
:

- assisting the legal department and all other company functions in the development and management process of solar energy projects and providing legal support by implementing standard operating procedures, guidelines and documentation templates;
- drafting of board/shareholder meeting/investment committee minutes;
- drafting and reviewing contracts;
- due diligence activity for renewable energy installations;
- preparation and handling of correspondence;
- management of GSE obligations and other authorities;
- privacy obligations and compliance in general;
- legislative Decree 231/2001 regulations;
- review and implementation of internal company procedures.
:

- law degree;
- fluent English, both written and spoken; other languages will be considered a plus;
- having qualified as a lawyer is considered a plus.
- proactive, motivated and with strong appetite to learn and fulfil its commitments;
- attention to detail and accuracy; well-organized and with flexible attitude;
- capable to join the team and to actively support the fulfilment of team objectives;
- good communication skills, capable to communicate clearly and effectively and to manage executive communications with the other legal members and also with the management, business, and middle-office.
