Production Manager

**What does the role involve?**:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.

You will be in charge for the below alongside other duties:

- Coordinating the team leaders and shift leaders of the production unit, ensuring the daily operations run smoothly
- Making sure that the production schedule is state of the art, in order to meet customer expectations
- Liasing with other departments and sharing best practices, leading cross-functional relationships growth
- Implementening and monitoring manufacturing KPIs, leading continuous improvement action plans; with a particular focus on Quality and Safety
- Ensuring that the Company resources are properly trained in a timely fashion, montoring and documenting porgress
- Ensuring compliances with principle regulations and procedures of Quality, Safety and Environment in the industrial area and managing CQMS (Consolidated Quality Management System) requirements of the dpt
- Meeting Team leaders and operators on a regular basis, with the aim of coaching them and improving performances
- Enhancing lean culture promoting continuous improvement and waste reduction

**Who you are**:

- At least 3 (three) years of experience in similar positions
- High and deep knowledge of the process and technologies of production
- Understanding of Quality standards and Health & Safety regulations
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and SAP (nice to have)
