The placement will take place in the form of permanent employment with placement in the clerical area.

Main Task:

- Trend monitoring of credit risk and the value of customer guarantees
- Powering of the monitoring systems and supervision of the quality of the processed data
- Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within granting teams
- Reconciling month-end guarantees
- Production of operational and management reports

Core skills:

- University degree in Economics disciplines or Statistics as well
- Consolidated knowledge of the Office package, in particular of Excel and Power Point
- Competency with analytics system (see R, VBA, etc)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferential skills:

- Knowledge of Credit Risk / Risk Management (see Scoring systems, Basel, etc)
- Good business acumen for problem solving
- Experience in consulting firms/in the role
- Knowledge of English
- Strong attitude towards results, dedication and alignment with Banca Generali's vision
- General functional requirements and specifications (e.g. drafting reports, training)

Team working skills, determination, initiative and flexibility complete the profile.
