**_JOB PURPOSE:_**
- The Affiliate Specialist will execute and manage affiliate program for the brand working together with the agency. She/He will report to the Head of Prada Media.

**_RESPONSABILITIES:_**
- Planning Affiliate activities based on the campaigns’ calendar and commercial needs
- Coordinating creative assets for the channel across different departments
- Coordinating and briefing agency
- Approves publishers proposals and media package granting they are aligned with brands’ image
- Monitoring results on a daily, weekly, monthly, YTD basis and addressing strategies to optimize results
- Monitoring results vs budget
- Producing forecasts
- Implementing reports
- Negotiating with publishers
- Continuously improve program with new features
- Develop projects with internal and external stakeholders to make the program grow

**_REQUIREMENTS:_**
- 3-4 years experience in a similar role
Strong and proven experience in affiliate marketing and knowledge of tools and platforms
Proven management of performance marketing campaigns for ecommerce (ROI and conversion driven objective)
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Well-organized, accurate and details oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills both Italian and English
