Affiliate Marketing Specialist

For a leading international company in the Manufacturing & Retail sector, we are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist.
**Responsibilities**:
- Network development: Support the management of affiliate networks, publisher relationships and direct cooperations, with a focus on growing performances and awareness
- Reporting & Analysis: Weekly/monthly reporting and analysis of performance (from Adobe/Google and affiliate dashboards)
- Cooperation: Collaboration with business team for the execution of commercial plans and coordination with content team for the production of dedicated creative assets. Cooperate with the rest of the e-commerce team and other corporate functions to ensure full alignment with company objectives
- Innovation: thinking out of the box, looking for new partners and scouting new business opportunities in order to drive incremental sales.
**Requirements**:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the role
- Analytics tools: capacity to read performance from Analytics tools (Omniture is a plus)
- Excel: proficiency in running reports and analysis
- Analytical approach: proactivity in analyzing results and testing new solution for maximize performance
**Location**: Milan
