Il nostro cliente è una Azienda italiana metalmeccanica manifatturiera con tre plant produttivi in nord Italia.
**Posizione**:
**HR Business Partner**
La figura opererà all’interno del Team HR, sarà a diretto riporto del HRD e si occuperà trasversalmente di tutte le tematiche HR, dallo sviluppo, alle relazioni industriali
**Attività**:
- Gestione degli aspetti HR a 360°, dallo sviluppo, alle relazioni Industriali;
- Supporto agli Enti di staff e di line per quanto riguarda la gestione del personale;
- Affiancamento all’HR Talent Acquisition nelle operazioni di ricerca e selezione del personale;
- Organizzazione interna dell’azienda e, se necessario, misure volte a ridurre i costi di gestione;
- Indagini sul clima interno dell’azienda ed eventuali azioni migliorative.
**Requisiti**:
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea;
- Esperienza di almeno 8-10 anni in ambito HR, ricoprendo nel tempo ruoli ed incarichi di crescente responsabilità su tutti gli ambiti HR all'interno di un Plant produttivo;
- Provenienza da Azienda industriale manifatturiera (preferibilmente metalmeccanica o metallurgica) complessa ed organizzata;
- Spiccate competenze manageriali nella gestione di un team e capacità di relazionarsi ad ogni livello, interno ed esterno all'Azienda (OOSS territoriali);
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
