**About the role**:
You will be joining a team that provides customer support for top global brands. In this position you will assist Italian
- speaking customers, helping them with technical issues and providing account assistance. You will work alongside a diverse team, backed by training and growth opportunities

**Your day-to-day**:

- Use CRM tools to manage and track issues efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction by solving issues quickly and effectively
- Create a positive experience for each customer with friendly and professional communication
- Collaborate with your team and share feedback with management to keep improving

**Requirements**:
**What do we ask**:

- Fluency in Italian (C2 level)
- Good basic English (B2 level)
- You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
- A problem-solving attitude and multitasking ability
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
