**The role: Reinsurance Broker**
- We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Reinsurance Treaty team in Italy working mainly on Property & Casualty lines to begin with but also with an open field to develop any other classes such as Cyber for example.
- As a junior reinsurance broker you will be part of client teams, involved in the client relationship as well as interaction with reinsurers to ensure appropriate level of service
- And you will also develop new business inside or outside of our portfolio of P&C clients as part of our growth strategy.

**How you'll make an impact**

The responsibilities:

- Maintain, process and manage an existing book of Italian clients
- Understanding pricing dynamics and guide the actuarial team in the desk quoting process
- Be commercial and pro-active in order to develop new business
- Developing and maintaining a network of carrier and/or broker relationships.
- Identifies and analyzes client exposures to recommend and/or design risk solutions.
- Identifies appropriate carriers, sends requests, negotiates favorable reinsurance quotes and prepares recommendations for the client.
- Contribute to the revenue generation of the business unit
- Experience and judgment used to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

**About You**
**The requirements**:

- Fluent Italian
- Entry-level role but ideally insurance/reinsurance client facing experience preferred, either from a broker of carrier background.
- Excellent sales capabilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
