**Position snapshot**:

- Nespresso Italy, Milan Headquarter (Assago)
- Permanent contract
- University Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Internal Communications and D&I in multinational organizations with in-depth knowledge of internal relations
- Familiarity with numbers and KPI’s
- Passion for D&I topics
- Creativity and ability to think out of the box
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.

**Position summary**:
Reporting to Nespresso HR Director, you will develop and deliver an evolving internal communications and D&I strategy in consistence with the business objectives, Nespresso values and culture.

You will:

- inspire and engage employees by creating a sense of belonging and community.
- develop and implement D&I communication plan and initiatives to promote diversity, cooperation and equality in the organization.

**A day in the Life of the Internal Communications and D&I Manager**:

- Support management in pursuit of engaging and motivating employees in a proactive way;
- Share strategic vision and goals with focus on efficient execution of internal communication and D&I activities;
- Create and efficiently execute the internal communications and D&I plan in line with the Business Strategy;
- Coordinate internal communication initiatives coming from different departments, in order to grant efficiency and alignment with Business Strategy;
- Align with and contribute to Nestlè in the Market Internal Communication and D&I projects.

The office Location is Assago, but at Nespresso we use agile working: the weekdays we will spend in the office are defined together with the team.
