Gi Group SALES & MARKETING, for the Italian subsidiary of a cosmetics and wellbeing products multinational, is looking for a WHOLESALE TRADE MARKETING COORDINATOR You will join a young multinational established in The Netherlands in 2000, with more than 807 stores, 2700 shop-in-shops across 33 countries throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East, as well as North and South America. You will work for an omnichannel brand that operates within Retail, Wholesale, E-com and Travel Retail. Within the Wholesale team and under the responsibility of the Head of Wholesale, you will oversee the development and the implementation of Trade Marketing animation strategies with our partners (perfumes, department stores and pure players), monitoring the merchandising in store and online. You will also be a support for Training. **Main activities & responsibilities**: Construction, implementation and follow-up of "omnichannel" trade activations (Brick & Mortar, Online, CRM, Social Media, etc.) with 360 recommendations. Analysis of activations and operations implemented at each of our partners for local and global internal reporting. Maximization of Sell Out performance at the door. Development of impactful presentations to communicate on our launches and our animations with partners but also with our internal teams. Forecast tools and driving forces (GWP/Samples) to optimize Sell Out. Management of marketing budgets within the brand P&L. **Coordination of activities and "support" tools**: Merchandising, Training, Logistics, Customer Service. **Requirements**: Degree / Post Degree specialization in Marketing At least 2 years of experience in Operational Marketing / Trade Marketing, ideally within the cosmetics industry. Proficiency in English is essential. Availability for business trips in Italy and abroad. **Place of work**: Milano. **Offer**: Assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
