WHOLESALE COORDINATOR We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented nbsp; Wholesale Coordinator nbsp;to support our global wholesales operations.This role is integral to the nbsp; sales nbsp;process, ensuring seamless collaboration between the brand and our retail partners.The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about fashion sales, with strong project management skills and a willingness to travel.RESPONSIBILITIES PRE-SALES Manage the nbsp; sales campaign calendar nbsp;and send invitations to retail partners.Review and upload the nbsp; seasonal catalog nbsp;to the digital showroom platform ( Joor ).Prepare and distribute nbsp; digital and physical assets nbsp;to retail partners.SALES Organize and oversee nbsp; sales campaigns nbsp;in key fashion cities ( Milan, Paris, New York ).Sell the collection to retail partners and assist in closing orders.Request, review, and confirm nbsp; final wholesale orders .AFTER-SALES Communicate nbsp; final order quantities nbsp;to the production team.Create and maintain the nbsp; product master file nbsp;with retail pricing across geographies.Develop nbsp; training materials nbsp;for retail partners.Monitor and track nbsp; store deliveries nbsp;to ensure timely fulfillment.Oversee nbsp; visual merchandising nbsp;in physical stores through store visits or photo requests.Audit and manage nbsp; brand/product pages nbsp;on online retailer platforms, requesting updates when necessary.Provide ongoing support to retail partners, addressing inquiries and operational needs.Maintain and analyze the nbsp; global sell-through report nbsp;to track sales performance.Identify opportunities to nbsp; optimize stock , including nbsp; stock swaps, recuts, and ATS (available-to-sell) proposals .Collaborate with the marketing team on nbsp; in-store activations nbsp;and brand initiatives.Assist in nbsp; major events , such as nbsp; fashion week presentations, photoshoots, and trunk shows .REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE At least two year experience in nbsp;retail or wholesale; wholesale experience preferred.Fluency in English nbsp;(written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.Familiarity with nbsp; wholesale platforms (Joor is a plus) .Proficiency in nbsp; Excel and data analysis .Knowledge of nbsp; luxury or contemporary fashion brands nbsp;is beneficial.SKILLS ATTRIBUTES Highly organized nbsp;with strong nbsp; project management skills .Ability to nbsp; multi-task and meet tight deadlines nbsp;during sales campaigns.Strong nbsp; interpersonal and communication skills nbsp;to build relationships with retail partners.Analytical mindset nbsp;with the ability to track performance and suggest improvements.Keen nbsp; attention to detail , particularly in pricing, order accuracy, and visual merchandising.Willingness to nbsp; travel to key fashion cities nbsp;( 3-4 times per year ).
