While retaining always its DNA, in recent years Diesel has evolved into the world of premium casual wear, becoming a true alternative to the established luxury market. Diesel is a truly worldwide organization. It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.

**Posizione**:
Digital Diversity Week supports Diesel in the search of profiles belonging to the protected categories (L.68/99) to join the Global Collection Merchandising Department and provide support to the team in the following activities:

- Support in the identification and realization of a structure of the collection assortment for Diesel Footwear Collection;
- Support in sell-in analysis to highlight categories and specific products’ performances;
- Support in competitors’ analysis with focus on price benchmarking, offer dimension and key products;
- Support in monitoring the development of the collections and constantly coordinate with the Product and Design teams to ensure adherence with the shared merchandising plan at the beginning of the collection.

- Global Collection and Retail Merchandising teams
- Design and Product offices
- Sales channels and planning departments
- Production department

**Requisiti**:

- Belonging to the protected categories l.68/99
- Economics background, with both analytics and fashion-related skills;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user;
- Fluent English speaker. The knowledge of other language is considered a plus;
- Creative, proactive and relationship-oriented team worker;
- Accurate and flexible approach to work.
