**Posizione**:
We are looking for Customs Compliance Manager to join Alpinestars’ Logistics with a strong problem-solving mindset with the aim to drive the company along the Customs improvement path.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customs classification of goods (HTS) and related database/repository management;
- Export control and dual use compliance management;
- Determination and handling of origins (preferential and non-preferential) of goods;
- The drafting and implementation of best practices international trade procedures;
- The implementation of an auditing program;
- Training of internal staff on Union regulations and AEO requirements;
- Support in assessing the customs related implications of certain strategic sourcing, production location and/or trade flow choices.

**Requisiti**:

- More than 6 years of experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of International Customs laws/regulations and export compliance policies, documentation and processes;
- A strong Customs Expertise and Operational knowledge;
- Good MS Office Knowledge;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Dynamic personality, proactivity and hands-on approach;
- Analytical and communication skills, problem solving.
