You will be responsible for the development of connected services projects related to our products and the deployment of the associated offer.

As technical lead for global offers of connected service your main duties will be:

- To create procedures / technical documentation of the IoT solutions for the technicians on site;
- To develop IoT solutions for external customers and the development of IoT solutions for company's employees;
- To manage the implementation of the technical development of the service offering;
- To manage the operational deployment of the solutions in the field;
- To be the key-user of the Wiotys network infrastructure platform (Socomec cloud).

Willing to travel at least 25% of the time.

**Profil requis**:
**Requirements**:
You have an engineering background with a specialisation in IoT, and have experience with connected products.

You are familiar with the different connectivity modes of Ethernet, LoRa, IT networks and communication protocols.

You will be able to write and deliver training courses in English (B2 level minimum).

Location: Italy (Isola Vicentina - VI) or France (Benfeld)
