**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

Do you have experience in marketing, particularly with Lead Generation, Market automation and, Event Management?

International SOS is looking for a Marketing Executive fluent in Italian and English on a fixed term contract of 6 months to join our Marketing Team in Milan.
As a Member of the Central Europe Marketing Team you will be in charge of increasing the lead generation thanks to the evaluation, the qualification and the mapping of prospects in the Central Europe region (Italy, Switzerland and Germany).

**Main activities**:

- Create and manage digital marketing nurturing campaigns,
- Produce content in Italian,
- Translate content from English into Italian
- Manage and support virtual and in person events, including International SOS hosted events,
- Analyse and research prospects for specific markets and / or verticals,
- Develop prospect insight and enrich the database,
- Proactively manage the sales & marketing database to ensure data integrity,
- Co-develop and monitor marketing analytics dashboard used to understand better the level of data,
- Support the regional Marketing Team in the scope of digital marketing activities,
- Support the Sales Support and Customer services team with sales administration projects,
- Support the Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager in their projects and daily business activities.

**Qualification required**:

- You speak Fluent Italian and English. French or German is a plus.
- You have a Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Marketing, Business or Communications, and a previous experience in a similar position.
- You have digital and marketing communications experience including event management.
- You have a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Sitecore.
