As a result of this growth, we are looking for a bright Enterprise Solution Manager, to join our Enterprise team based in Milan.
The role
The Enterprise Solution Manager role will lead the development and implementation of strategic enterprise solutions for our automotive clients. The role will:
- Lead and manage large-scale enterprise solution projects from conception to completion.
- Produce the proper tech/product documentation of the solution.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise enterprise solutions for OEM clients.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and middle-level team members.
- Define the overall enterprise solution architecture and strategy.
- Mentor and lead a team of solution specialists.
- Collaborate with executives to align solutions with business goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations related to OEM projects.
**Requirements**:
Our ideal Enterprise Solutions Manager will have a background within the automotive and Saas industries, with solid Enterprise Sales and Product Specialist experience.
**As well as**:
- Proficiency in relevant technologies, frameworks, and programming languages related to enterprise solution architecture.
- Understanding of data modelling, database design, and data management strategies for large-scale enterprise solutions.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise-level solutions.
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Capacity to think long term, business acumen
- Effective communication with technical and non technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English is a must
Work pattern and location
- 40 hours a week, permanent
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid role, with international travel across Europe
- Office based in Milan
