Group Tax Reporting Manager

All’interno della funzione Tax, a diretto riporto del Responsabile di International Tax & Transfer Pricing, ricerchiamo una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di Group Tax Reporting Manager. La figura prescelta si occuperà di:
- Predisposizione e calcolo del tax rate di Gruppo ai fini dei piani di gestione e/o industriali interni aziendali e di aggiornamento in sede di forecast infrannuale;
- Predisposizione forecast, monitoraggio e reporting delle imposte pagate a livello di Gruppo;
- Calcolo e riconciliazione del tax rate in sede di chiusura dei risultati infrannuali e di fine anno; assistenza al team di financial statements per le disclosure fiscali da inserire nel bilancio consolidato di Gruppo;
- Attività di analisi e sviluppo di un processo di Gruppo per la raccolta, il monitoraggio ed il calcolo delle imposte relativo ai futuri adempimenti derivanti dal cd. Pillar 2;
- Analisi e collaborazione con i dipartimenti IT, controllo e bilancio per lo sviluppo di un software interno per la gestione del tax rate, delle disclosure di bilancio e degli adempimenti, tra gli altri, derivanti dal cd. Pillar 2;
- Attività di raccolta dati, analisi e consolidamento di informazioni fiscali dalle consociate ai fini di reporting richiesti dal socio (e.g., CbCR);
- Attività di raccolta dati, analisi, consolidamento e predisposizione di documenti volti a pubblicazioni all’esterno (e.g., tax transparency report);
- Controllo e monitoraggio continuo a livello worldwide di novità legislative e/o di prassi che potrebbero avere un impatto sul tax rate di Gruppo.
Requisiti
- Background economico
- Esperienza 8-10 anni di tax accounting e reporting maturata presso studi tributari internazionali e/o dipartimenti fiscali di multinazionali;
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese;
- Costituisce un plus la conoscenza e l’esperienza in international tax.
