Join to apply for the GROUP INDIRECT TAX SENIOR MANAGER role at Ariston Group.As a Group Indirect Tax Senior Manager you will work within our Global Tax team and play an integral role in a wide range of VAT projects, including coordinating VAT and indirect tax activities for Group affiliates located in different European countries and other parts of the world.You may also provide ad-hoc assistance on the correct VAT treatment of a given operation or transaction, support tax audits, draft recommendation manuals on internal processes, liaise with local finance directors, tax teams and external advisors.Your ResponsibilitiesIndirect tax analysis of supply chain, design of VAT solutionsGathering of VAT business requirements across the organization (Procurement, AP)Assist with VAT registration across jurisdictionsIn collaboration with IT to perform configuration, testing and maintenance of the VAT functionality within the ERP/tax engine (act as a conduit between the tax/VAT function and the ERP implementation team)Ensure that systems, documentation (e.G. transport documentation, combined nomenclature), compliance and reporting are in place and lead continuous improvement projectsPerform VAT process oversight, deliver technical training and develop materials, documentation and manualsReview and timely delivery of VAT returns and other related filings such as EC Sales Listings, Intrastat returns, etc. as necessary to be in compliance with local legislations within Europe and across various jurisdictionsAssist local finance handling VAT audits and disputesYour ProfileYou have passion and experience in fiscal matters (especially in VAT) built in a consulting firm or in-house tax function of a multination companyYou possess a Master's Degree in Economics or LawYou have developed project management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects while operating in a fast-paced environmentYou are a detail-oriented individual who takes ownership of projects, and possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsYou are fluent in EnglishThe role is based in Milan or Fabriano (AN) with the opportunity of some remote working.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustriesManufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
