Banca Generali is a leading company in Italy in private banking, able to offer its customers the best strategies for effective financial planning.

The Family Protection & Planning Service is Banca Generali's center of expertise for advice on asset protection and generational handover planning, both by “inter vivos” deed and “mortis causa”.

Family Protection & Planning Service:
1. provides support and advice on asset protection and asset planning and transfer tools

2. oversees the process linked to customer succession, checking and validating the documentation received, coordinating the activities of the various Bank functions involved

We are looking for a person who will be included in the team responsible for verifying the correctness and completeness of the documents, identifying the heirs and checking the instructions given to the bank for the release of the assets fallen into succession

Must have:

- Law degree

Nice to have:

- Focus on family law and inheritance law

- Empathy, lateral thinking, problem solving
