Reporting to the ITO Ops COE leader as frame agreement manager you will play an essential role in the growth of the IET business, negotiating and closing long term contracts with global customers as global key accounts and EPCs both for Gas Technology Equipment and Services.
As Frame Agreement Manager you will be responsible for:
- Leading FA proposals preparation and contracts negotiation with global customers for both Gas Tech. Equipment and Services.
- Being accountable for overall FA strategy, including, where applicable, prices and technical scope with the support of the Commercial and Application Engineers’ Organization
- Leading the FA risk review process to ensure that all business risks are properly mitigated up to the acceptable levels through the proper tools and process and the mitigations are incorporated in the frame agreement documents before the contract signature;
- Leading global frame agreement pre-bid meetings for any new FA or FA renewal
- Supporting Sales Organization and Global and Key Accounts Team to develop commercial strategies and solutions to meet customer requirements as well as business goals.
- Leading contract negotiation and coordinating functions support (Legal, Finance, Com Ops, AE, Sales,) during FA proposal preparation and negotiation.
- Assuring the frame agreement and all related documents, once signed, are properly stored in Deal Machine under the ‘Contract’ section.
- Assuring the FA content and clear instruction on its applicability are provided through a “FA User Manual” and trainings/ awareness sessions, if needed
- Supporting commercial team to apply/ use correctly the FA on specific opportunities
- Assuring Deal Machine ‘Contract ‘ and relevant “Documents” tab is properly updated during the term of validity of the contract, uploading any modified document agreed with Customer (such as prices updates, discounts calculation, FA Amendments, FA extension) and relevant approvals.
- Supporting the preparation of Quarterly Metrics on the assigned Frame Agreements usage (volume, CM), discounts, escalation etc.

- Have a Master Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related background
- Have relevant working experience in sales / commercial roles
- Have solid contract negotiation skills and good knowledge of Gas Tech. Equipment and Services portfolio
- Demonstrate skills in managing multiple projects successfully.
- Be able to work in cross
- functional and cross-cultural teams
- Have excellent communication & presentation skills
- Be willing to travel as business requires
- Have EU passport
- Be fluent in English
**Desired Characteristics**
- MBA
- Have a background in the Energy Industry, EPC or Industrial market
- Be a self-starter, able to manage complex situations and demonstrate excellent leadership skills
- Previous experience with Frame Agreements
