Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a **Product Portfolio Manager - Focus Gears Solutions**, a key position that combines product lifecycle management, market analysis, and new product development.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in the Gear Solutions segment.
- Contribution to the development of the product strategy and the definition of a clear roadmap aligned with market needs.
- Support in defining positioning and pricing strategy for the Gear Solutions portfolio.
- Management of the entire product lifecycle, from launch to discontinuation, to meet market requirements and business objectives.
- Participation in the new product development process, from ideation to market launch, closely collaborating with R&D and other relevant departments.
- Assistance in organizing and conducting the Product Board process for new products and product improvements.
- Provision of support and training to the sales team and customers regarding the product portfolio and its benefits.
- Definition of sales guidelines and promotional strategies for the products, including strategies for promotion or limited promotion.

**Background & Skills**:

- At least seven years of experience in similar roles, gained in international and moderately structured environments.
- Knowledge of (gear pumps and motors systems) and understanding the importance of related components, promoting an integrated and collaborative approach.
- Proven experience in product lifecycle management and market analysis, with familiarity with key players and their trends and strategies.
- Project management expertise and experience in product launch, ensuring efficient planning and execution aligned with market needs.
- Skills in using data analysis tools to support informed and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of adapting to both internal and external contexts while valuing diverse perspectives.
- Strong knowledge of English language (written & spoken)

Willingness to travel for business trips, less than 10% of the year, and to participate in temporary projects at international Danfoss locations, demonstrating flexibility and a global mindset, completing the profile.
