The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor.

It is a full-time role (40-hour working week made of 8 hours per 5 days and 2 days off).

Your duties
- Coordinate cleaning activities, planning and distributing room tidying interventions
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure highest standards are met
- Identify and report any maintenance issues and missing or damaged property
- Respond to requests from guests and reception
- Process reports on arrivals, departures and free rooms ready

Our expectations
- Previous experience in the role in 5* hotels, ideally in international chains
- Knowledge of the Opera system and English are advantageous skills
- A friendly and people oriented attitude
- Strongly team-oriented attitude
- A natural talent for paying attention to the smallest details
- A positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Planning, coaching, delegation and team organization skills
- Previous experience supervising a team would be a great advantage
