***The sought-after figure will be placed within the reference department and will have the following responsibilities**:
***
- **Management of requests for spare parts from the market;**

***
- **Technical verification of the codes of the necessary components through interaction with our technical offices;**

***
- **Issuance of economic offer and follow-up on the Client side;**

***
- **Entering the order into the system and managing it up to shipment by collaborating daily with colleagues in the supply chain and warehouse;**

***
- **Drafting of market trend reports in relation to the turnover and service level objectives;**

***
- **Direct interface with internal and external bodies (supply chain, purchases, warehouse, customers);**

***
- **Analysis of the fleet installed at Customers and drafting of spare parts requirements for maintenance activities;**

***
- **Development of spare parts manuals.**

**Background experience**:
***The good ability to read electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings and knowledge of automation elements (sensors, inverters, drives, motors, etc.) are essential requirements.**

***The collaborative, operational approach and the ability to interface with various internal and external entities, including the customer, complete the profile.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Requirements**:**The job requires knowledge of the English language (level B1, better if B2) to manage communication with customers, knowledge of the Ms Office package (Word, Outlook, Excel), knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD (Autodesk Mechanical/Inventor).**

***Any knowledge of at least one management/ERP system among As400, Oracle, Ms Dynamics is a distinctive element in the selection.**

***Willingness to travel (approximately 60 days/year) is required to carry out analysis of the fleet of machines installed at Customers in order to facilitate the sale of customized spare parts sets.**
