Essential duties and responsibilities
Responsible for the accounts for Hach Lange Srl,
Responsible to put in place and drive the continuous improvement of the accounting procedure,
Supervision of a team.
Preparation of Italian Statutory Financial Statement,
Supervision of Cash Collection
Daily accounting tasks, social calendar (VAT declaration, Social charges, F24, Intrastat, Enasarco, Ritenute d’acconto)
Follow-up for commissioning business with agents
Month-end closing to Trial Balance and USGAAP for Italy.
Manages the Citi cards in the Company.
Financial reporting & Local Compliance
Follow up on Expenses report.
Relationship with internal and external auditors to ensure the sustainability of accounting & existing processes.
**Qualifications**:
Master in Accounting & Finance
Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in accounting,
Previous experience in handling a small team,
**Good skills in Excel & Word, Accounting tool**: Oracle
Written and spoken Italian and English - German an asset
Accurate, Rigorous, and well-organized,
Ability to adapt and enthusiasm to implement continuous improvement.
