**Posizione**:
La figura verrà inserita all’interno del nostro reparto Front Office e si occuperà della gestione delle attività di accoglienza e customer care, riportando al Front Office Manager.

Principali Mansioni:

- Svolgere le attività quotidiane del Front Office
- Supportare il buon funzionamento del reparto Front Office, dove tutti gli aspetti del soggiorno degli ospiti sono curati al massimo livello
- Operare per garantire la massima soddisfazione degli ospiti, anticipando e soddisfacendo le loro esigenze nel corso dell’intero soggiorno, fornendo una risposta positiva e tempestiva alle loro richieste e risolvendo eventuali problemi

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 1-2 anni preferibilmente in strutture alberghiere di lusso nei reparti come Front Office / Reservations
- Formazione professionale completata nel settore alberghiero
- Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office e di Protel
- Inglese e francese fluente parlato e scritto. Una terza lingua costituirà il titolo preferenziale (preferibilmente tedesco/ russo)
