Internship - Affiliate Assistant Manager (Remote)

The person in this position will need to coordinate projects, to be in the middle between our clients and affiliates and to make everything work perfectly. We are looking for a person with strong organization, communication, sales and negotiation skills to make any project successful and to create and support win-win situations.

- Maintain relationship with existing affiliates.
- Search for new affiliates that answer to the specific needs of our clients.
- Provide client support by following up from the beginning of the collaboration and day-to-day monitoring.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns, propose strategies optimization according to market change.
- Work closely with the affiliate and sales team to be able to propose and implement improvements.
- Supervise monthly affiliate closings and validations, monitoring KPIs defined for each active campaign.

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Graduated/Bachelor of Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related careers
- Experience in affiliate marketing, alliance management and/or business development with marketing would be a plus
- Experience in negotiation and management of digital campaigns.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
- Fluent Italian
- High level of English, Spanish is a plus.
- Excel proficiency.
- Proactive and with initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
