**Main Responsibilities / Activities**

The person in the required position will analyze the current state and, using the DMAIC approach, will redesign the process measuring the results with a KPI metric.
- Strategic support to CI projects management in order to ensure the plant achieves goals;
- Support analysis and reporting of KPIs;
- Implementation and sustain cross-functional process improvement projects and business-wide improvement;
- Identification and implementation of best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize processes in all areas of the business;
- Participation in daily CI activities, engaging and motivating the plant organization;
- Disseminate and involve the teams in the Kaizen principles in the production area through daily work according to the objectives of the Management;
- Deployment of transversal CI initiatives according to Site Leadership Team.

**Basic Requirements**
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Industrial and Management Engineering
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Logical and proactive approach to problem solving
- Analytical capabilities and attention to details
- Flexibility, Open Mind, Proactivity in looking for solutions, resilience;
- Communication skills - including the ability to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way
