**Posizione**:
The JUNIOR E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST will have the main task of supporting the Regional DTC & Marketplace Europe Team in the management of online channels and supporting in sales analysis.
The resource will support the team in both the day-to-day operations and the strategic management of online sales channels, helping to accelerate Bata’s sales growth through marketplace channels and direct online platforms.
**KEY CHALLENGES**
- Daily support in DTC WE activities (support in reporting and fixing bugs at front end and back end, listing & inventory control, performance monitoring, etc.)
- Support in catalogue & product content management (uploading new products/collection, optimising product information and content, troubleshooting product issues, etc.)
- Support in creating and uploading online store content and setting up promotions and campaigns in line with the company business
- Support in planning the sales calendar, analysing sales and creating ad hoc reports
- Collaboration with internal and external teams to support various cross-functional activities related to both e-commerce and marketplace operations
**Requisiti**:
- University in progress or degree in Economics or similar fields
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in the digital/e-commerce sector and strong aptitude for using digital work tools
- Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
