**Customer Service Representative (AML Support)**

**Job description**

The resource, placed in support of the AML back office, will be responsible for first level AML and counter-terrorist financing activities and controls.

Specifically, the resource will support the AML back office in:

- execution of customer due diligence processes using dedicated tools;
- verification of data with information collected from external databases;
- collection of any additional information relevant to due diligence;
- research of adverse information and analysis of documentation received from the client.

In addition, the resource will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and quality of information necessary to assign an appropriate KYC risk profile to the client, including through direct contact with the client.

**Requirements**:

- good knowledge of AML regulations with particular reference to customer due diligence requirements;
- fluency in Italian and Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);
- knowledge of office package;
- previous experience in similar roles preferred.

**Contract Type**: Temporary

**Duration**: 3 Months

**Place of work**: Milan preferred
