Kelly per società di servizi alle aziende ricerca:
**Customer Services**
La risorsa sarà inserita nell' Area Business Services di Milano e si occuperà delle attività sommariamente descritte:
- Inserimento e gestione ordini (web ed ordinari)
- Gestione anagrafiche
- Controllo condizioni commerciali, aggiornamento listini, schede tecniche
- Attività di back office e data entry attraverso i sistemi di CRM e gestione contestazioni
- Assistenza clienti telefonica e via mail
- Monitoraggio ed approvvigionamento ordini e stock merci a magazzino
- Gestione ed emissione note credito/note debito
Requisiti:
- diploma o laurea
- esperienza nel ruolo e/o esperienza in azienda di servizi di almeno 4/5 anni
- buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
- buona conoscenza del sistema SAP e ZUCCHETTI
- buona conoscenza dei principali applicativi di Office (specialmente Excel)
Requisiti considerati elementi preferenziali di selezione:
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità immediata
Sede di lavoro Milano, in alternanza presenza e modalità lavorativa agile.
Il contratto iniziale previsto è a tempo determinato di 6 mesi finalizzato ad un inserimento a TI.
