**DIRECT BUYER**

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Follows the entire purchasing process for the family of products assigned (in the field of analyzers production)
- Manages existing suppliers;
- Looks for new vendors;
- Prepares RfQ (Request for quotation); Negotiates and agrees to Terms and Conditions/Local Contracts;
- Fills/updates vendor and part data in our ERP (SAP);
- Manages contractual compliance and contract execution;
- Helps to solve quality issues
- Manages the risks linked with the supplies and suppliers.
- Contribute to company effort for Corporate Social Responsibility

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2 years of experience within the Purchasing field
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Experience with negotiating, qualifying suppliers, contract management
- excellent communication skills and ability to work in inter-functional teams
- Technical background is a plus
