Introduction:
**JOIN US We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy.**

This role will be pivotal in supporting our grocery retail AI projects, where you will work closely with customers to capture key data, provide technical support, and facilitate the implementation and adoption of our Computer Visions AI technology. As a customer-facing role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining relationships with both store employees and head office stakeholders.

**Job Description**:
**What will you do?**

Reporting to the Director of Project Management, your key responsibilities include:

- Working directly with grocery retail customers to understand their needs and requirements, and effectively capture relevant key data using our AI technology.
- Providing comprehensive training to customers on the correct operation of our technology and how to build its use in to their everyday store operating procedures.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing timely resolution to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborating closely with software engineering teams to relay customer feedback, contribute to product improvement, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and technical solutions.
- Travelling to different retail stores as required to build strong relationships with store employees and key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment and understanding specific store needs.
- Working in tandem with the Business Solutions Project Manager to ensure project milestones are met, deliverables are achieved, and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Providing regular updates and reports to the Director of Project Management on project status, customer feedback, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

**What will you bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the retail industry, preferably with exposure to AI projects or other technology implementations.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and understand proprietary technology quickly.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
