**ROLE & TEAM**

As a Junior IT Helpdesk you will join our super IT Team in providing technical assistance and support related to issues with their computer hardware, software, or other IT systems.

**Here below are some examples of your core activities**:

- Respond to service requests via the help desk ticketing system and direct personnel requests for technical support;
- Perform routine maintenance on all user accounts;
- Provide support for remote employees and general troubleshooting/resolution;
- Help manage both laptops and smartphones lifecycle.
- Proficiency in english (both speaking/writing);
- Either first hand experience or good knowledge on Office 365 and Microsoft related products;
- Ability to troubleshoot basic issues on both Windows 10/11 and MacOS;
- Able to properly identify and escalate issues.
