**RUOLO**
- Assicurare in linea con le politiche aziendali e nel rispetto delle disposizioni legislative in materia, il mantenimento e lo sviluppo di un efficace ed efficiente assetto organizzativo ed operativo del plant al fine di consentire la realizzazione dei piani produttivi nelle qualità, quantità, tempi e costi concordati al fine di ottenere la massima efficacia ed efficienza produttiva, in un’ottica di miglioramento continuo dei processi supervisionati nel rispetto delle GMP.
- Stabilire e diffondere la politica EHS mettendo a disposizione ed organizzando le risorse necessarie per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
- Garantire l'applicazione ed il rispetto delle leggi vigenti in materia di produzione farmaceutica, delle prescrizioni definite dalle GMP e collaborare con la Qualità al fine di elevare l’efficacia e la sicurezza delle specialità farmaceutiche prodotte.
- Collaborare con le Funzioni Manufacturing, Engineering Services, Supply Chain, R&D e Human Resources.

**REQUISITI**

Laurea in CTF, Biologia ,Farmacia - Qualified Person

Esperienza professionale significativa di almeno 10 anni in posizione analoga maturata in contesti multinazionali farmaceutici o biotech con attenzione alla Global Excellence e al Continuous Improvement.

Inglese fluente.

Ottima conoscenza dei principali supporti informatici.

Flessibilità e determinazione.

Ottime capacità organizzative e gestionali.

Doti di problem solving, capacità di condividere, promuovere e supportare il cambiamento.

Disponibilità alla mobilità internazionale e nazionale
