As we continue to develop our oncology business, expand our franchise and implement new GTM model, we are consistently looking for new talents.

Currently we are hiring an enthusiastic, talented and innovative Customer Marketing and Innovation Manager for the Oncology Business Unit - Site of Rome.

- At Pfizer Oncology, we have an industry-leading portfolio of 24 approved innovative cancer medicines and biosimilars across more than 30 indications, including breast, genitourinary, colorectal, blood and lung cancers, as well as melanoma.
- New launches of breakthrough products are expected in the next future for the treatment of prostate cancer and myeloma
- Such a complex portfolio in the GTM model scenario requires effective prioritization and efficiency, high degree of innovation in the strategy and tactics setting, full understanding of customer preferences and behaviors, enhancement of omnichannel approach and hybrid interactions, effective coordination among different functions and roles in the execution, and implementation of new key processes (e.g. Key Account Planning and Management; Patient Journey definition).
- The Customer Marketing and Innovation Manager will focus on innovation related to cross-portfolio and best in class customer engagement programs setting and implementation, will support effective resource allocation for an appropriate cross
- portfolio multichannel marketing, and will coordinate key business operating processes, with the aim to enable superior customer experience in oncology and better patient outcomes
- The Customer Marketing and Innovation Manager will be a member of the Oncology Italy Leadership Team with direct report to the Oncology BU Lead

Key Experience Offer of this Role
- Be part of the Italy Pfizer Oncology Leadership Team with direct report to the BU Lead
- Contribute to spread company culture and values and support the GTM model transformation of Pfizer Oncology Italy in line with the Pfizer BM3.3 vision and the transformation expected in the NHS
- Acts as key liaison across internal and external Pfizer Oncology roles to ensure adequate adoption of new channels and receive support from enabling functions.
- Coordinate cross functional roles and foster innovative approach in oncology tactical implementation
- Develop constructive cross-functional relationships at Global and National level in order to effectively formulate and implement plans in partnership with other functions
- Primary Responsibilities
- Work within our existing culture to identify areas to drive innovation in oncology strategies, tactics and processes
- Coordinate effective portfolio omnichannel plans in line with strategic priorities and review their implementation against agreed metrics on a regular basis
- Responsible for setting adequate KPIs to monitor customer engagement efficacy, customer satisfaction and customer facing lines activity for new integrated digital assets
- Responsible for customer marketing analysis and customer segmentation and profile aimed to tailor effective promotional message delivery
- Is responsible for central coordination of account planning process and management of account planning tools
- Supports Health Solutions Team in the definition of oncology/hematology patient journey definition and is responsible for central patient journey tools management
- Supports BU Lead in the definition of the most appropriate resource allocation driven by deep prioritization analysis
- Ensure seamless and flawless country implementation of new innovative assets and processes and act as a champion for change management across all roles.
- Coordinates Operating Plan process and presentation
- Is responsible for in country oncology launch effectiveness
- Coordinates Oncology XFTs and LT Operations

Basic Qualifications
- University degree
- Experience in customer marketing or innovation roles
- Innovative mindset
- Good knowledge/understanding/experience of specialty markets and products
- Understanding of finance and P&L management
- Knowledge of local pharmaceutical market and healthcare environment
- Fluent Italian Language (required)
- English Language knowledge (preferential)
- Computer literate including manipulating Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Cross functional work experience
