The **General Site Manager**, is responsible for the site erection activities / Site Management

**Site Coordinator**:
YOU ACT
- Plan the construction works and technical assistance in terms of scheduling and cost estimation. Prepare a prime cost offer and deliver it to the Sales department
- Coordinate the construction managers, schedule the site personnel
- Plan the construction activities and prepare the construction site, organize the technical assistance deployment to site
- Manage the site activities
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Verify the technical assistance cost against the budget
- Coordinate of the commissioning activities with E&A department
- Interface with Clients for Site Construction / Erection activities
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks related to Site activities
- Schedule the resources for technical service interventions and organization of Site works activities

YOU KNOW
- Leadership to coordinate, manage and plan Site team works
- Knowledge in Site erection and commissioning activities management preferred for steel plants
- Very good written and spoken English
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Organizational skills, sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Open-mindedness towards new approaches and innovations
- Confident handling of MS Office tools
