**PROJECT MANAGER POWER (HV / MV)**:
**Position**:
Lombardini22 S.p.A. is looking for a Project Manager specializing in Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) power systems, responsible for overseeing the planning, design, execution, and completion of electrical infrastructure projects, such as substations and transmission lines.
This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of MV/HV projects, from pre-development strategy, through design, commissioning and closeout, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with utilities, specialist HV consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project execution aligns with client targets, grid operator standards and resolve technical or regulatory challenges.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects stay within financial targets and meet critical milestones.
- Contract Management: Oversee the development and administration of construction contracts, managing agreements with contractors, utilities, vendors, and third-party stakeholders to ensure all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure construction practices meet technical requirements and regulatory standards, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum and meet critical milestones.

**Required Skills and Knowledge**:

- requested experience in electrical design and project management, with experience on projects in high voltage substation and TSO/DSO connections.
- Understanding of regulatory landscapes, interconnection processes, and high-voltage equipment and systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of complex electrical infrastructure projects, contributing to the reliability and efficiency of power systems.

**Educational Background**:
Engineering, Project and Construction Management, or a related technical field.
**Certifications**:
Training in Project Management and certifications such as PMP®, ISIPM, or Prince2® are considered a plus.
**IT Skills**:
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and the full Office suite.
Good knowledge of project management software (Microsoft Project or similar).
**Language Skills**:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Knowledge of additional foreign languages (French, Spanish) is a plus.
