**T.A.I. Software Solution Srl** ricerca un **Technical Service Manager** per l'inserimento nel proprio organico presso le sedi di **Pisa, Firenze, Milano e Roma**. Sono comunque previste anche forme, parziali o totali, di Smart Working. T.A.I. Software Solution opera da oltre 30 anni nel mercato IT italiano, sia come Partner dei principali brand hardware e software, sia nell’ambito dei servizi di supporto sistemistico e sviluppo software. La risorsa selezionata opererà per conto di un Cliente Enterprise, multinazionale leader nel proprio settore di mercato, e svolgerà attività di service manager operativo, gestendo il **servizio di manutenzione di un prodotto chiave del suo ecosistema applicativo**. L'obiettivo principale del ruolo è garantire una gestione strutturata ed efficiente delle richieste (service request ed incident) e facilitare l'adozione e l'evoluzione del sistema. **Principali responsabilità** - Gestione e prioritizzazione delle _Service Request_ provenienti dalla funzione di business, traducendole in specifiche operative per il team di sviluppo. - Esecuzione di attività di troubleshooting su _Incident_, al fine di garantire la continuità operativa. - Coordinamento delle attività tra i diversi _stakeholder_ coinvolti (business e fornitori terzi). - Analisi e validazione degli _impatti_ di eventuali aggiornamenti del sistema o dell’architettura IT correlata. **Requisiti tecnici** - Buona conoscenza di database: _Oracle_ e _PostgreSQL_ - Buona conoscenza del motore di workflow basato su BPM: _Activiti_ - Buona conoscenza del sistema documentale: _Alfresco_ - Buona conoscenza del sistema di gestione dell'identità e degli accessi (IAM): _Keycloak_ - Conoscenza di base del sistemi di container e orchestrazione: _Kubernetes_ - Conoscenza di base del sistema di marketing automation: _Mailjet_ - Buona conoscenza di software per collaborazione: Jira (gestione operativa), SmartSheet (pianificazione), Confluence (documentazione) Costituisce un plus: la conoscenza dei moduli Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, CIAM e Life sciences Cloud). **Per il profilo sopra descritto è previsto un inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato.** TAI SOLUTIONS è orgogliosa di dare pari opportunità di impiego.
