**OB SUMMARY**:
We are looking for a diligent **Night Auditor** to join our hotel staff. You will be responsible for bookkeeping and keeping financial records up-to-date, as well as checking guests in and out of the hotel, processing their bills, and attending to any requests made by guests during your shift.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES**:

- Keeping hotel financial records in order.
- Processing invoices, transactions, room charges, refunds, etc.
- Preparing and distributing employee checks.
- Verifying that all accounts are balanced and supported by documentation.
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
- Responding to guests' needs, requests, and complaints.
- Answering the phone and making reservations.
- Summarizing each night's operations and listing any follow-up tasks for management.
- Following End of Day procedures.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma.
- Past experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Experience with accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Analytical mind, with strong attention to detail and an affinity for numbers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive work ethic.
- Strong aptitude for customer service.

La Russotti Gestioni Hotels sta cercando un **Night Auditor** da inserire nel nostro organico Dovrà occuparsi della contabilità e dell'aggiornamento dei registri finanziari, nonché del controllo degli ospiti in entrata e in uscita dall'hotel, dell'elaborazione delle fatture e di soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti durante il turno.

**COMPITI PRINCIPALI**:

- Mantenere in ordine i registri finanziari dell'hotel.
- Elaborazione di fatture, transazioni, spese per le camere, rimborsi, ecc.
- Preparare e distribuire gli assegni ai dipendenti.
- Verificare che tutti i conti siano bilanciati e supportati dalla documentazione.
- Effettuare il check-in e il check-out degli ospiti dell'hotel.
- Rispondere alle esigenze, alle richieste e ai reclami degli ospiti.
- Rispondere al telefono ed effettuare prenotazioni.
- Riassumere le operazioni di ogni notte ed elencare i compiti successivi per la direzione.
- Seguire le procedure di fine giornata.

**REQUISITI**:

- Diploma di scuola superiore.
- Esperienza pregressa nel servizio clienti o nell'ospitalità.
- Esperienza con le procedure contabili e le attività amministrative.
- Abilità nell'uso del computer.
- Mente analitica, con forte attenzione ai dettagli e affinità con i numeri.
- Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.
- Etica del lavoro auto-motivata e proattiva.
- Forte attitudine al servizio clienti.
