Job Description

**For a Luxury Resort we are looking for a**

**GROUPS & EVENTS MANAGER**

**Main Duties**:

- Reporting to the Director of Revenue & Reservation
- Leading G&E team
- Supervising reservation team
- Making new plans for developing G&E in the resort
- Dealing with G&E leads, analyzing costs and pricing for creating exclusive proposal
- Be focused on communicating, maintaining and developing client relationship
- Sales proactive activities in order to develop new business
- Reinforce old and create new partnership with services or equipment suppliers
- Plan, direct and implement events in a close relationship with the Banqueting and F&B teams in order to maximize guests satisfaction
- Managing Event Logistics and Operations
- Ensuring and Providing Exceptional Customer Service

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous experience as G&E Manager or Senior G&E Supervisor in luxury hospitality properties
- Business development oriented;
- Good communication, leadership and management skills
- Fluent Italian and English both written and spoken
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
